Overview
This program develops effective coaching skills to foster other people’s potentials and to enhance their creativity, resilience, and performance. The program provides participants with the latest tools to become self-aware coaches, who are able to help clients achieve their goals.

The program entails five different courses, which include the following:
- Coaching Core Skills (12 hours)
- Coaching Practices (12 hours)
- Organizational Coaching Strategies (12 hours)
- Coaching Organizational Change (6 hours)
- Marketing for Coaching Practices (6 hours)
